EML is seeking a Technical Specialist to drive technical excellence across our Life Insurance claims team, based in NSW, QLD or VIC with option to work from home three days per week after training. You will provide guidance to Case Managers on TPD, Income Protection and Terminal Illness claims and coach teams to lift capability.
This permanent, full‑time role requires robust stakeholder management, knowledge of legislation and best practice claims handling, plus a continuous improvement mindset.
