As the Warehouse Manager at ACTIVE ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTORS PTY LTD', you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's warehouse facility in Moorabbin, Victoria. This full time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth distribution of products to our customers across the state.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing a Warehouse team at our High Volume Headquarters located in Moorabbin.

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse facility, equipment and inventory management systems

Forklift/cable machine operations. Forklift license required.

Lead, motivate and develop our Warehouse team.

Deliveries in Company Vehicle

Communication with Contractors & Key Suppliers working through project schedules & delivering on time.

What we're looking for

Experience within a Warehouse Management role will be highly regarded.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations,



inventory control, materials handling and distribution processes

Excellent organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on continuous improvement and employee development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with major Contractors.
