THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a global ASX-listed, purpose-driven organisation known for putting people first, both the customers whose lives they transform, and the employees who help them do it. They are seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Specialist to strengthen wage compliance and workplace governance across their Australian operations, on a fixed-term basis.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Workplace Governance & Specialist Advice team, you will support wage compliance from the ground up interpreting Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, analysing Workday data, and translating complex Award entitlements into clear, practical guidance. You will lead wage compliance projects across timesheets, penalty rates and allowances, using Workday to identify risk and drive process improvement. Beyond compliance, you will support complex case management, partner with people leaders across the business, and play a key role in ensuring compliance.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Up-to-date Awards, with proven experience leading wage compliance projects and confidence working within Workday or a comparable HRIS. You will have managed sensitive workplace investigations, partnered with unions and employee representatives, and built trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level. Exposure to enterprise bargaining, matrixed organisations or systems transformation will set you apart. Most importantly, you will bring sharp attention to detail, sound judgement and genuine curiosity for the technical side of wage compliance.
At Peoplecorp, we are dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in every recruitment process. We believe that a rich variety of perspectives drives innovation and success. We actively seek candidates from all backgrounds and encourage individuals of all races, genders, abilities, and experiences to apply.
