Senior Engineering Manager – Platform Engineering

- $200,000 - $210,000 including super + a bonus
- Brisbane or Sydney based – hybrid working: 3 days in office & 2 working from home
- Huge freedom to implement your ideas at scale

Our enterprise is looking to change the way they build and deliver code. The team of 15 you will manage will build platforms and developer experience to improve on that. Within this role you will influence how teams work, uplift capability, and set strategy for developer experience and platform engineering.

Key focus areas include local development environments, self‑service capabilities, automating onboarding, and more.

What you’ll do:

- Lead, mentor, and grow your team while shaping workforce capability
- Influence platform strategy, DevEx improvements, and modernisation programs
- Collaborate across Product, Architecture, Cloud, and Security teams
- Promote innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvements

Who you are:





- Experienced in DevOps, Platform or systems leadership
- Comfortable guiding teams through change and uplifting capacity
- Solid influencer with excellent stakeholder skills
- Knowledgeable in engineering practices – CI/CD, cloud‑native, SaaS platforms, automation
