Amaze Education Gaven is seeking an experienced and nurturing Certificate III qualified Educator to join our Kindergarten team, working alongside our Early Childhood Teacher to deliver a high-quality school readiness program that supports children on their journey to school and beyond.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Educator with a genuine interest in Reggio Emilia-inspired practice, nature-based learning and children's wellbeing, who is looking to grow their career in a supportive and professional environment.
About the Role
As a valued member of our Kindergarten team, you will:
- Support the delivery of a meaningful Kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Bring a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach to the room, supporting child-led, inquiry-based learning
- Support our Bush Buddies nature play program, fostering children's connection to the outdoors
- Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to planning, observations and documentation of children's learning
- Champion the wellbeing of every child in your care, creating a warm, safe and engaging environment
- Create learning environments that promote confidence, independence and school readiness
- Uphold child safety, compliance requirements and Amaze values in all aspects of your work
- Work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, to provide consistency for the children

What You'll Bring
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (essential)
- Experience working with Kindergarten-aged children or in school readiness programs
- Experience with, or a strong interest in, Reggio Emilia-inspired practice
- Experience or genuine enthusiasm for nature play and outdoor learning programs
- Sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS and Early Childhood regulations
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Current Queensland Blue Card
- Completion of the Foundations of Child Safety Training through the Queensland Department of Education (or willingness to complete)
- Current and valid working rights in Australia
