They’re now seeking a Strategy and Projects Lead to work closely with the CEO and CFO, playing a pivotal role in aligning strategy, execution, and communication across the organization.
About The Role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and collaboration. You’ll be responsible for connecting strategic intent to operational outcomes ensuring that key business priorities are well-coordinated, and delivered with excellence.
You’ll work across corporate functions, project teams, and external partners to maintain momentum, transparency, and accountability as the organization continues to scale.
What You’ll Do
Program Delivery & Governance
- Establish and lead a central program governance framework that supports strategic and operational priorities.
- Own and manage agile project management tools and dashboards to ensure visibility of milestones, dependencies, and risks in real time.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes, coordinating delivery across internal teams and external partners.
- Drive alignment through regular progress reviews, data‑led discussions, and proactive issue resolution.
- Identify delivery risks early and collaborate cross‑functionally to maintain schedule integrity and operational focus.
Corporate Communications & Reporting
- Oversee corporate and executive communications to ensure consistent, timely, and clear updates to the CEO, CFO, Board, and key stakeholders.
- Develop standardised templates and reporting formats that foster transparency, accountability, and engagement across teams.
- Build and manage reporting cadences that keep leadership informed and connected to business progress.
- Partner with Finance and Business Operations to track budgets, forecast burn rates, and highlight variances early.
- Support resourcing and outsourcing decisions to ensure efficient delivery.
- Provide forward‑looking analyses and scenario planning to identify risks and opportunities.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Design and maintain standardised project management tools, templates, and SOPs that drive consistency and efficiency.
- Lead portfolio prioritisation to ensure high‑impact initiatives are resourced and sequenced effectively.
- Champion continuous improvement in governance, reporting, and communication processes.
About You
You’re a strategic thinker who also loves execution — detail‑oriented yet able to keep sight of the big picture. You thrive in environments that combine rigour, accountability, and collaboration, and you bring structure to complexity with confidence and clarity.
You’ll Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project or portfolio management within biopharma or a CRO.
- Proven success coordinating multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and vendor/CRO coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
