Eastern Health is seeking a Clinical Educator for Cognition and Responsive Behaviors (CaRe) to deliver education across sites and support staff in delirium and responsive behaviours. This fixed-term role covers parental leave/secondment and offers opportunities to lead interprofessional education.
You will collaborate with Nurse/Midwifery Managers and senior staff, using coaching and peer models to improve learning and patient outcomes across the CaRe team at Eastern Health.
