The Role
The Salesforce Analyst acts as the strategic Product Owner of the Salesforce platform across Nextt and Lizard Centre, accountable for ensuring the platform enables safe, compliant and efficient service delivery at scale. Reporting to the General Manager of Central Services, the role bridges business strategy, operational delivery and technology by translating complex service, funding and compliance requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
We are seeking a technical analyst, one who is motivated by doing their own system configuration and fixes. We’d be expecting someone who can manage low and medium level technical configuration internally, supported by a Salesforce Admin, who’s skills they will develop.
The business has a solid partnership with an external vendor who provide expert development and guidance when required.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Act as Product Owner for Salesforce across both businesses.
- Own and drive the platform roadmap, prioritizing enhancement requests and executing low to mid-complexity configuration work (creating reports, standard automation flows, object configuration, ect)
- Lead vendor coordination and engagement for architectural changes and complex or larger-scale development initiatives.
- Lead change management and communication for system/process rollouts. Research and manage Salesforce seasonal updates, functionality changes including decommissions and additions.
- Support integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
- Translate operational requirements into clear Salesforce system solutions.
- Provide advice and recommendations on how Salesforce can enable business goals.
- Translating data into meaningful insights through dashboards and reporting.
About You
You’re a proactive problem solver who thrives on turning complex requirements into simple, effective solutions. You bring strong Salesforce Technical skills and knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Salesforce certified
- 3-5+ years’ experience in a technical Salesforce role as a Salesforce Analyst and Product Owner.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (custom objects, flows, dashboards, validation rules, workflows).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structures, reporting and dashboards.
- Experience delivering low and medium level system configuration and updates.
- In-depth knowledge of Health cloud (Preferred) and Field Service (Advantageous). We also have Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Service Cloud and a Payroll Integration.
- Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and delivering system improvements.
- Experience working within the NDIS, healthcare, or allied health sector (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with Salesforce security, governance, and change management processes.
- Awareness of integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications (e.g., finance, rostering, HRIS)
