Joining our Operational Support Services team in our Brisbane CBD offices, you will support case management teams in administration, data entry and customer service. In addition to contributing to rewarding and meaningful work, this role is critical in supporting claims management processes and ensuring regulatory and organisational compliance.

As a Claims Support Officer, you will:

- Work within a growing and dynamic team, supporting workers compensation claims functions across administration and customer support;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including claimants, employers and other parties relevant to the claims process;




- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals who have:

- Previous experience in an administrative, data entry, or customer service;
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment;
- High attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications;
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation;
- A strong sense of team and collaboration;
- A resilient attitude.
