About the Opportunity

Our Care Services Team in Hawthorn is growing! While our essential care operations run 24/7, we are currently looking for flexible, dedicated, full-time Care Services Specialists to join our team on a rotating roster.

To provide seamless, around-the-clock support to our clients and partners, this role operates on a 5-day rotating roster across Monday to Sunday.

Shift Windows: Your standard shifts will be scheduled between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Location: This is a 100% office-based role at our Hawthorn headquarters.

What You’ll Be Doing Daily

- Brand Representation & Client Care: Proudly embody the Nurse Next Door values by delivering compassionate care, empathy, and education to clients, families, and community partners.

- Scheduling & Roster Management:



Leverage solid problem-solving skills to build, coordinate, and optimise both short-term and long-term client care schedules, ensuring seamless coverage.

- Workflow & Communication: Efficiently multitask and triage incoming inquiries and follow-ups from clients and caregivers across phone and email.

- Active Listening & Intake: Holistically engage with callers, listening deeply to assess care needs and gather complete, essential information.

- Data Integrity & Documentation: Maintain precise records by accurately capturing, documenting, and sharing critical scheduling and client details across the care team.

Your Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in a customer care, call center, or scheduling environment.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Tech-savvy with strong computing skills (highly proficient in G-Suite: Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Calendar).

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes weekend shifts.
