Automation Project Manager

Base pay range

A$100,000.00/yr - A$131,000.00/yr

Key responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of process automation projects to the client
- Ensure project falls within planned schedule and cost
- Track and report project progress
- Manage project scope, changes and deliverables
- Defining project-oriented approaches and ensuring execution knowledge
- Chair meetings with clients

Required skills & experience

- Experience in industrial process control/automation systems to manage technical projects
- Must have previous project management experience within automation
- Pharmaceutical background is ideal; will consider food & beverage or other highly regulated industries
- Manage all aspects of a project including scope & deliverables, cost management, stakeholder management, risk, resourcing and project scheduling
- Demonstrable track record leading a team of software engineers
- Strong communication skills, technically switched on




- Previous exposure to Siemens PCS7 or Rockwell Allen Bradley systems is advantageous
- Automation/Software/Controls Engineering Degree of Study
