Relationship Manager - 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Amplar Health is hiring a Relationship Manager for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is part of the Customer Success team and involves engaging with external partners and customers to ensure their contracts deliver positive health outcomes.

Opportunity

As a Relationship Manager you will manage existing contracts, strengthen external relationships, and align services with customer goals. You will also prepare and deliver presentations to external stakeholders, showcasing the value we bring and supporting strategic conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust external relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to funders.
- Contract Oversight: Manage existing contracts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with service standards.
- Conflict Resolution: Address challenges proactively and maintain trust through transparent communication.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless experiences.
- Presentations & Reporting: Prepare and present insights and proposals to external stakeholders, demonstrating value and opportunities for growth.

Must Haves

- Proven experience managing external relationships and contracts in the healthcare or related sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.




- Strong problem‑solving skills and experience resolving conflicts effectively.
- Ability to prepare and deliver qualified presentations to external audiences.
