Social Work Team Leader (Social Worker Lvl 4) - Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital - Perm FT
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Work leader who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and driving positive outcomes for patients, carers, and the wider community.

Social Work degree which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Can you describe a time when you led a Social Work team through a significant service challenge or change? What approach did you take, and what was the outcome for staff and consumers?
How do you ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred Social Work services while maintaining compliance with organisational policies, professional standards, and legislative requirements?
Tell us about your experience supervising and developing Social Work staff. How have you supported team performance, capability building, and staff wellbeing in a complex healthcare environment?
Provide an example of how you have worked collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for patients and their carers. What role did you play and what were the results?
