About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Director, Capital Raising & Partnerships for Australia with strong Australia, Hong Kong, or Singapore experience and business acumen to drive the growth of their business.

This is a key role in developing business, partnering with corporates, stockbrokers, investment banks, corporate advisers, wealth managers, family offices, high net worth individuals, and shaping the financial group’s growth strategy across Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and/or Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to attract business and capital from domestic and international markets, particularly in Australia and/or Hong Kong, Singapore and Asia Pacific.
- Lead business development and partnership efforts, engaging with high-growth companies, stockbrokers, investment banks, wealth managers, corporate advisers, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
- As a member of the senior leadership, identify and implement new growth opportunities for the financial group.

Ideal Candidate Profile:





- 8+ years of experience in equity/debt capital markets, funds management, investment banking, corporate finance, or equity derivatives trade sales.
- Strong business development/sales and marketing background with ability to interact with senior decision makers, including at board level.
- Deep understanding and experience in Australian and Asian (HK/Singapore) capital markets will be advantageous, Chinese speaking will be advantaged.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and strategic initiatives.
- Innovative mindset with experience in digital assets, fintech, or new listing models (desirable).
- Solid AI use for business solutions, business development and marketing.
- Exceptional communication, roadshow presentation and training skills.
- Outgoing and self-motivated personality with a bottom-line focus.
- Enjoys networking to aggressively grow the business.
- Strong leadership, strategy development, and sales management.
