Services Manager - Critical Infrastructure Construction

Make your mark in this exciting prospect to work at Australia's leading data centres. This role focuses on delivering building services across electrical, HVAC, fire safety, and mechanical systems for CDC's critical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of building services across electrical, HVAC, fire safety, and mechanical systems.
- Manage projects end-to-end—planning, change management, customer coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate contractors, resolve technical issues, and maintain compliance and schedule.
- Oversee commissioning plans, functional testing, status reporting, and defect lists.
- Manage vendor and trade interfaces, documentation, and procurement recommendations.
- Support project accountants and finance teams in controlling costs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrable successful track record of delivering commercial scale electrical, communications and technology projects.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Electrical or HVAC qualification or extensive experience in a similar environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills, experience using Aconex and Project Management tool suites.




- Hands‑on experience, especially from an electrical trade background, is a big plus.
