Opportunities to lead a Centre from the very beginning do not come around often. As founding Centre Director of Early Learners Hub Ulladulla, you will recruit and lead a brand-new team from day one, working closely with our offsite support team so you are never doing it alone. The Centre is anticipated to open in early November 2026, and we are looking to have someone in place well ahead of opening.

Early Learners Hub is a family-owned childcare group with one Centre in Blackbutt and two Centres in Albion Park. We are now opening our newest Centre in Ulladulla, catering for up to 80 children each day.

We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable and driven Centre Director with the experience and strong desire to lead, inspire, support and manage a brand-new team of Educators.

What You'll Do

- Lead and manage the team with respect and generosity




- Engage families with transparency and clarity
- Support your team to ensure our children are safe, engaged and stimulated
- Assist and develop your team to learn and grow
- Communicate clearly and respectfully
- Build and nurture ties with the local community, including primary schools
- Act as the Nominated Supervisor
- Perform limited administration tasks including rostering and touring
- Understand and operate within all legislative requirements and regulations
- Be part of a Hub where children grow, families belong, and educators thrive
- Ask for help when needed

Who We Are Looking For

- An experienced and passionate leader from within the sector
- An effective and empathetic communicator with the ability to coach and mentor
- Someone with initiative and self-motivation
- Someone with working knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and NQS
- An individual with experience as a Nominated Supervisor in a Centre leadership position
- Someone who understands the systems and processes essential in the sector (CCMS, etc.) - OWNA experience a bonus
- A holder of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (minimum), with a current WWCC and First Aid certification
