The Opportunity





As a member of our leadership team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting, coaching and developing those around you.

Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:

- Leading and inspiring service teams during busy service periods
- Coaching and developing junior team members
- Driving service standards and guest satisfaction
- Managing shifts and venue operations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
- Contributing to business performance and operational improvements
- Building a positive, accountable and engaged team culture

What We're Looking For

- Previous hospitality leadership experience as a Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or similar
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to lead from the front
- A desire to learn, develop and help others succeed
- Confidence managing service, solving problems and making decisions under pressure
- Experience in bartending, functions, premium casual dining or high-volume service environments will be highly regarded
