We’re looking for a Partner Solutions Manager to support a leading global social media & technology organisation’s partnerships team across Australia and New Zealand.

- Onsite/Hybrid role (Sydney based)
- 8 Month initial contract with possible renewals
- Opportunity to work with the leading social media brand in the industry

In this role, you'll work closely with Strategic Partner Managers to help top creators, public figures, media organisations, and digital partners get the most out of some of the world’s most influential social platforms. You’ll drive product adoption, deliver insights, streamline operations, and help partners grow through education, analytics, and strategic planning.

Key Requirements

- Data analytical skills - able to draw insights and tell a story through data
- Relationship Management - able to manage complicated topics and navigate around difficult communication
- Knowledge around the creator ecosystem in Australia, who are the big influencers on social media e.g TikTok and Instagram

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute strategic plans that drive product adoption and partner growth.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Produce regular reporting, forecasting, and market analysis for internal stakeholders.
- Co‑manage relationships with creators, influencers, agencies, and media partners.
- Support product launches, tests, and go‑to‑market initiatives with partners.
- Educate partners on platform best practices and new product features.




- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams in partnerships, marketing, comms, product, analytics, and strategy.
- Provide thought leadership through data-led narratives and recommendations.

About You

Must‑have experience:

- 5+ years in partnerships, consulting, digital marketing, social media, account management, or similar.
- Strong data analytics abilities—turning data into stories, recommendations, and business insights.
- Relationship management experience, especially navigating complex topics or stakeholder groups.
- Deep knowledge of the creator and influencer landscape in Australia (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
- Experience using major social platforms to help partners or clients achieve goals.
- Comfortable working independently and within cross‑functional teams.

Nice to have:

- Experience in entertainment, media, creator ecosystems, or digital content strategy.
- Previous work with agencies or in‑house influencer/creator management teams.

- Contribution to partner meetings, deep‑dives, and strategic recommendations.
- Ability to onboard partners effectively to recent products and features.
- Demonstrated product expertise and ability to communicate platform value.
