An established luxury residential builder is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join its Sydney team.

The business specialises in the delivery of high-end, architecturally designed residential projects, where quality, detail and finish are at the forefront of every build.

This is an opportunity for a Site Manager who genuinely enjoys the bespoke end of the residential market and takes pride in delivering an exceptional finished product.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of site, including:

- Managing subcontractors and trades across all stages of construction
- Driving programme and coordinating upcoming works
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards across quality and finishes
- Reviewing drawings and coordinating design details on site
- Managing WHS,



site compliance and QA
- Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants and design team
- Managing client expectations and maintaining qualified communication throughout the build
- Identifying issues early and driving practical solutions on site
- Managing defects and ensuring a high-quality handover

About You

We are looking for someone with:

- Proven Site Manager / Foreman experience within luxury residential construction
- Experience delivering bespoke homes or high-end residential projects
- Strong technical construction knowledge
- An exceptional eye for detail, finishes and quality
- Strong programming and subcontractor management skills
- Confidence dealing with architects, consultants, clients and premium trades
- A professional, calm and solutions-focused approach to delivery
