Role Summary

Provide EDE delivery services to mission‑critical enterprise customers, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across Microsoft Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Azure Infrastructure & IaaS solutions for mission‑critical workloads
- Design and manage Azure Network Services and platform reliability architecture
- Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
- Drive Azure Mission‑Critical platform design and optimization
- Configure and manage Azure Monitor, health models, and observability solutions
- Apply Chaos Engineering principles to improve resilience
- Engage stakeholders, lead technical discussions,



and manage complex customer environments
- Provide reporting, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

- 10–15 years of hands‑on Microsoft technology experience
- Solid expertise in Azure Infrastructure (IaaS), networking, and monitoring
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering & mission‑critical platform delivery
- Demonstrated success in customer‑facing technical roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
