First impressions matter, and at Frankston Toyota you'll be the one making them. As our Front of House Service Receptionist, you're the welcoming face of our service department — meeting and greeting every guest with warmth, energy and genuine care from the moment they walk through the door.

This is a full-time role with hours you can plan your life around: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 7:00am to 3:00pm Friday. Weekends are yours.

Your day will include:

Welcoming guests to the service desk and making them feel looked after

Managing incoming calls to the service department

Coordinating service bookings over the phone and face to face

Offering our guests a tea, coffee or water and a comfortable wait

Supporting our Service Advisors to keep the department running smoothly

The Person

You're a natural people-person who lights up a room. Ideally you've spent time in a customer service or reception role, but just as important is your attitude — friendly, warm, approachable and always ready to make someone's day a little easier.

You'll thrive here if you're highly organised, calm under pressure and able to juggle several things at once in a busy workplace. You present yourself immaculately, read a room instinctively, and take pride in giving every guest a first-class experience.



You're confident with Microsoft Office and quick to pick up current systems and skills.

We employ to develop and promote from within, and the natural next step from this role is into a Service Advisor / Guest Experience Consultant position — though that's just one of many doors that can open. With multiple sites across the group, the opportunities to grow are genuinely endless, and we'll build a development plan with you to help you get there.
