We’re looking for a energetic, inquisitive, and driven Senior Conference Producer to join our high-performing team, working on conferences featuring global and Australian leaders such as Kamala Harris, Jacinda Ardern, Hilary Clinton, Cathy Freeman, Holly Ransom and Leigh Sales.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll research emerging trends, develop compelling agendas, and engage high-profile speakers across Government, Aged Care, Leadership, and Social Services.

You’ll own the event lifecycle end-to-end, from research and content development through to speaker acquisition and delivery, producing commercially successful conferences that inform, inspire, and drive change. You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to maximise impact and audience reach.

About you

You’re a strategic and curious thinker who thrives on research, content creation, and stakeholder engagement. You’re confident engaging C-level executives and industry leaders and translating insights into commercially driven conference agendas.



Calm under pressure and highly organised, you’re comfortable managing multiple priorities and taking initiative.

Experience & capability

- 2+ years’ experience in a conference production role with experience producing delegate-driven events
- Proven ability to independently deliver conferences end-to-end , on time and to a high standard
- Strong commercial acumen and sound judgement in shaping agendas and assessing market demand
