We are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join our high-performing project team, driving quality, safety and productivity across site operations.

Working alongside an experienced and collaborative project team, you will take ownership of the finishes program, helping drive the project through to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and delivery.

About the role

The Finishes Foreman will be responsible for the following key areas:





- Overseeing trades and subcontractors on site.
- Implementing quality assurance (QA) and workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.
- Collaborating with subcontractors to address any WHS, quality, or constructability challenges.
- Coordinating site logistics, material deliveries, and resource allocation.
- Ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
- Communicating with the team to meet budgetary and scheduling requirements in accordance with the project program.

About You

- Previous experience delivering high-rise residential construction projects
- Robust ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage complex site activities
- Proven leadership managing crews and subcontractors
- Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Well organised, proactive and able to keep works aligned with programme
- Relevant trade qualification with strong communication skills
