About the Role

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the venue during your allocated shifts. You'll coordinate the team, monitor service, respond to customer needs, and ensure the venue is presented and operated to a consistently high standard.

You'll work closely with the Venue Manager and wider leadership team, assisting with staff training, rosters, stock control, compliance,



and day-to-day operational requirements. This role offers the chance to build strong management experience while playing an important part in the venue's success.

Your Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or senior hospitality role.
- Confident team leader who can organise staff and maintain standards during busy periods.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Understanding of RSA, liquor licensing, workplace health and safety, and venue compliance.
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
