Alpha Precast is seeking a motivated2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Boilermaker/Fabricatorto join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice who wants to expand their skills through a combination of workshop fabrication, maintenance, and site-based work while working alongside experienced tradespeople.

About the Role:

- Structural steel and fabrication work supporting precast concrete production.
- Welding and fabrication in a workshop environment.
- Installation, maintenance, and repair work on-site as required.
- Reading and interpreting drawings and fabrication details.
- Work effectively as part of a team, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

What We're Looking For

- Currently undertaking a 2nd or 3rd Year Boilermaker/Fabrication Apprenticeship.




- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.

Highly Regarded

- - Exposure to welding, fabrication, and steel assembly work.
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket.
- Boom Lift and/or Scissor Lift ticket.
- Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or precast environments.
