We are a busy, family-owned stonemasonry business looking for a Labourer / Installer to join our team on a full‑time basis.

The role involves assisting with the installation of stone benchtops onsite at residential and commercial properties. This is a hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in their workmanship, and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service throughout project delivery.

Full-Time | Immediate Start

About the Role

- Installing and handling stone benchtops onsite
- Assisting with lifting, carrying and positioning stone
- Preparing work areas and assisting with installations
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Travelling to various job sites
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Communicating professionally with customers and other trades onsite
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the project delivery process
- Representing the business in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensuring customers are kept informed and are satisfied with the installation

About You

We are looking for someone who:





- Is physically fit and capable of handling heavy stone products
- Has a current Australian driver's licence
- Holds a White Card
- Is reliable, punctual and has a solid work ethic
- Has a friendly and professional attitude
- Understands the importance of delivering excellent customer service
- Is comfortable working in a physically demanding, hands‑on environment
- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Can work well independently and as part of a team
- Has a willingness to learn and develop their skills

Previous experience in stonemasonry, construction, benchtop installation or a similar trade environment is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
