Springside Kindergarten in Melton, VIC is seeking an experienced Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader to guide day-to-day operations from Term 4 2026. This full time role combines service management, regulatory oversight and team development with coaching and on-floor guidance.
You will work with the Approved Provider to ensure high-quality early childhood education, staff development and continuous improvement across the service.
