Gunn Agri Partners’ Wilga Farming division in NSW is seeking an experienced Aggregation Manager to lead the Crillee Aggregation near Dubbo and Gilgandra. This permanent, full time role oversees planning, budgeting, cropping, machinery, maintenance and safety with a supportive leadership team.
Reporting to the Regional Manager NSW, you will lead the on-farm team, develop seasonal and long-term plans, manage assets, budgets and high‑performing staff, and drive safety and operational excellence.
