We’re looking for a Factory Hand to join our production team. You don’t need a trade background, what matters most is a valuable attitude, attention to detail, and pride in doing quality work.

About the role

You’ll be working hands-on in our factory, supporting the build of premium motorhomes. Tasks vary day to day and may include:

- Assisting with vehicle fit-out and assembly

- Installing components and fittings

- Using basic hand and power tools

- Preparing parts and work areas

- Supporting quality checks and finishing work

- Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and safe





You’ll be trained on the job and supported by an experienced, friendly team.

What we’re looking for

- Handy by nature and comfortable working with tools

- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
