Property and Lease Management Coordinator

This is a full-time role based at Bankstown Airport NSW, with opportunities for hybrid work. The Property & Lease Management Coordinator will be responsible for managing commercial property leases, facilities management related tasks, providing administrative support, and offering excellent customer service support to internal and external stakeholders including landlords and agents. The role has a transparent succession plan and will afford the successful candidate a significant growth opportunity.

Responsibilities

- Manage commercial property leases and related documentation
- Coordinate facilities management tasks and upkeep of premises
- Provide administrative support to internal teams and stakeholders




- Deliver high-quality customer service to landlords, agents, and other external partners
- Support internal processes and contribute to a positive client experience
- Contribute to the succession plan and growth opportunities for the role

Qualifications

- Strong skills in communication, customer service and project management
- Experience in property management and lease administration
- Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Refrigeration & HVAC industry is a plus
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in property management or related fields are preferred
