We're looking for an ambitious, commercially-minded sales professional who enjoys winning new business, growing accounts and building trusted customer relationships.
This is a true field-based sales role where you'll manage an established Northern Sydney territory with existing school relationships and significant growth potential.

What You'll Be Doing
- Achieve and exceed monthly, term and annual sales targets
- Build strong relationships with Principals, Curriculum Leaders and classroom teachers
- Conduct regular face-to-face school visits across your territory
- Develop and execute territory growth plans that maximise new business and account development opportunities
- Identify, nurture and convert sales opportunities through a consultative sales approach
- Present and demonstrate Oxford University Press print and digital products and solutions to educators
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives
What Success Looks Like
We're looking for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys being accountable for results. You'll bring:
- Proven success in a field-based sales, territory management or business development role
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building and closing skills
- The ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent planning, organisation and territory management capability
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A valid driver's licence and fully maintained vehicle
- Residence in Northern Sydney or nearby areas preferred
Highly Regarded But Not Essential
- Experience selling into schools, education, government or professional services sectors
- Tertiary qualifications in business, education or a related discipline
