Propeller is seeking a Director of Engineering to own the outcomes, structure, and health of a group of engineering teams. You will lead through Engineering Managers, upskilling, unblocking, mentoring, and challenging them to keep squads healthy and performing at their best.

You will hire, develop, and performance-manage Engineering Managers, design org structure and staffing, and coach senior engineers to align with the group’s goals. A culture of trust and innovation is essential.
