Legal Counsel – M&A; / Corporate Advisory

A leading, large-scale organisation is seeking a Legal Counsel (4+ years PQE) to join its high-performing in-house legal team. This is a key role supporting major strategic transactions and corporate advisory work in a fast-moving, complex environment.

The role

You will take the lead on a range of M&A; and corporate transactions including acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures, working across the full deal lifecycle—from structuring and due diligence through to negotiation and completion.

You’ll also provide corporate governance and listed-company advisory support, working closely with senior stakeholders on board matters, disclosure obligations, and broader strategic initiatives.

About you

- 4+ years PQE, with strong M&A; experience from a leading law firm or similar environment
- Confident drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents




- Strong commercial judgment and ability to simplify complex legal issues
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams under pressure
- Skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
