Brimbank City Council in Melbourne's west is hiring a Casual Front of House Officer within the Neighbourhood Houses Unit. You will provide customer and administrative support across multiple sites, assist with inquiries in person, by phone or email, and help deliver community programs, with some evening and weekend work possible.

You should be organised, service-oriented and comfortable engaging with community members who use neighbourhood house services.
