National Sales Trainer at Connor Clothing

At Connor, we’re all about teamwork, customer focus, and delivering exceptional products. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Merchandise Planner to drive strategy, optimise inventory, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-impact role.

Why This Role?

As a Merchandise Planner, you’ll take ownership of the full planning cycle across 200+ stores and online, ensuring we deliver the right product at the right time. Your focus will be on:

1. End-to-end planning: Managing OTB, markdowns, and inventory strategy to maximise sales and profit.
2. Strategic stock flow: Keeping core & repeat lines "never out of stock” and planning key events.
3. Collaboration & leadership: Partnering with buyers and mentoring two direct reports (Junior Planner & Allocator).





What We’re Looking For:

1. 10+ years in Merchandise Planning (fashion/apparel experience is a must!)
2. Advanced Excel & planning system skills
3. Strong analytical, strategic, and collaboration abilities
4. A detail-oriented, proactive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
