Colliers Toowoomba is seeking an organised Leasing Consultant / Property Management Assistant to join our Residential Property Management team. This role combines administration with frontline leasing, tenant screening, inspections and general support for the Property Managers.
You will provide backbone support to the team, handle tenancy applications, book inspections, conduct routine inspections and assist with entry and exit condition reports.
