As part of Victoria’s largest Early Years Management provider, we’re proud to support over 93 services and 700+ educators across the state who inspire, nurture, and empower young learners every day.

We’re now looking for casual Certificate III and Diploma Educators— or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

The close-knit communities that form the Buloke shire are home to the three Y Ballarat Long Day Care services listed below:

- Birchip Long Day Care
- Donald Long Day Care

Each service is well equipped with plenty of space for children to explore and a team of dedicated and dynamic educators always willing to support the children and each other each and every day.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:

- Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Create safe,



inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You’ll Bring

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
- A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
