The Surf House in Byron Bay is seeking a friendly, self-motivated Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations, lead a small team of 1–3 staff, and ensure exceptional guest service from 3 PM to 10 PM, seven days a week.
You will manage stock, end-of-night reports, tills balancing, and maintain the lively ambience that defines our guest experience. Prior bar experience is essential; supervisory experience is welcomed. We’re looking for a long-term team member.
