The TechnologyOne footprint is growing rapidly across Australia hence our search for a season TechOne Senior Consultant / Delivery Manager based in Brisbane with a leading consulting company.
A Service Delivery Manager / Consultant is responsible for ensuring that customers realise the value of their TechnologyOne ERP software implementation through various services. This includes leading teams, consulting, implementing solutions, and providing proactive services to Application Managed Service customers.
You will strive to optimize the customer's experience with the TechnologyOne platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- The primary focus is on ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their TechnologyOne solutions.
- Service Delivery Managers lead teams of other Service Delivery Managers, guiding them in their roles.
- Consulting and Implementation:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on implementing and optimizing TechnologyOne solutions.
- Proactive Services:
- Proactively identify and address potential issues,
ensuring smooth operation of the software.
- Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is a key aspect of the role.
- Technical Expertise:
- A strong understanding of TechnologyOne products and solutions is generally expected.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Service Delivery and/or Account Management within a technology provider.
- Knowledge of TechnologyOne products and solutions is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective customer interaction.
- Project management and problem-solving skills are also valuable.
In essence, as the Service Delivery Manager you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring they are getting the most out of their TechnologyOne investment and providing support throughout their journey.
