Overview

As a Disability Employment Services Employment Consultant at APM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants (job seekers) to transform their lives by delivering tailored employment solutions. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, achieving great outcomes and making a difference with our team in Eastgardens.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
- Help participants identify and develop skills to become job ready
- Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
- Enhance participants’ employability through training and referrals to support services
- Develop personalised job plans outlining clear employment pathways
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups

Requirements to be considered

- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
