The Surf House is a premium accommodation experience, in the centre of beautiful Byron Bay.

We offeran array of accommodation options, from private rooms to premium shared spaces.We have a rooftop bar serving drinks and pizza 7 days a week.We also have a newly built Sauna and Ice bath for guests.

Our philosophy is to sell an experience and not just a bed and we need the right staff to do it - we aim to surprise every guest with professionalism, knowledge and exceptional customer service.

Guests have full access to an extensive list of free activities, including yoga, free surfboards, trivia nights, pool competitions, beer pong and much more.

An exciting prospect has become available for a bar supervisor.Our bar is open 7 days a week from 3PM until 10:00PM. We would be looking for someone who can commit to a minimum of 4 nights a week including Friday and Saturday nights.





We are looking for an friendly, self-motivated and responsible individual who is eager to make a difference andis able manage shifts independently.You would be responsible of supervising the bar operations and a team from 1 to 3 people depending on trade levels. Experience behind a bar is essential. Supervising experience is welcomed but not essential.

Outside of making sure the bar runs smoothly you'd also be responsible for overseeing the activities, stock control, end of nights reports, balancing of tills, general ambience and driving customer service standards.
