Female only Team - Disability Support Worker Required

High Intensity Support providing person‑centred active support to a young lady with complex disabilities.

This role requires a highly experienced professional skilled in all areas of support provision including but not limited to personal care, medication administration, positive behaviour support, and regulated restrictive practices.

The support worker will assist the participant to achieve her goals, maintain her safety and wellbeing, and participate meaningfully in the community while promoting independence, dignity, and choice and control.

A candidate with suitable experience will be highly regarded and may assist in supporting consistency in high-quality service delivery.

Must have.

Valid NDIS worker check

Current first aid and CPR certification

Details of Position:

The role involves daily activities, personal care and supporting behaviours of concern, so someone with experience in this area who is calm, confident and reliable would be a valuable fit.

The current shifts available are 6:00 am–3:00 pm twice a week, plus alternate Sundays, with the possibility of additional shifts becoming available.
