TKAT is seeking an inspirational Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a supportive, collaborative team at Maldon. You will assist in the delivery of engaging and cutting-edge teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
You will work with the teacher to develop resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs. This is a role for someone passionate about education and committed to raising achievement.
