The Opportunity

We are not your average aesthetic clinic. We’re a premium cosmetic medical clinic with a busy enquiries line and high‑ticket services. We’re looking for a receptionist and allrounderwho can deliver a standout first impression, handle calls with confidence, and secure consult bookings quickly.
You’ll be the face and voice of the clinic — warm, skilled, efficient, and highly organised. This role also requires comfort discussing sensitive and personal proceduresin a respectful, professional way as we specialise in cosmetic treatments for intimate areas.
Availability is non‑negotiable:Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

About the Role

You’ll manage front‑of‑house and the inbound enquiry pipeline from first call through to booked consultation, supporting smooth clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Answering calls, responding to enquiries, and converting leads into bookings





Explaining consultation processes and sensitive/personal servicesprofessionally and discreetly

Managing appointment scheduling, deposits, confirmations and follow‑ups

Updating patient records and maintaining accurate daily admin (booking system/CRM)

Maintaining a polished reception environment and calm clinic flow

Supporting general admin tasks and team coordination (e.g., Teams/Planner)

Assisting clients with checking in, numbing and refreshments

What You’ll Bring

Confidence and professionalism discussing sensitive/personal procedures

High attention to detail; fast, accurate data entry and scheduling

Strong phone manner and customer service instincts

A polished, professional presentation and welcoming presence

CRM experience highly desirable (pipeline, tasks, follow‑ups, reporting)

Experience in a medical/aesthetic clinic is highly desirable
