Anytime Fitness Moorabbin is seeking an experienced Membership Consultant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and achieving results. Experience in membership sales, or a similar sales-focused role will be highly regarded.

As a team member of Anytime Fitness Moorabbin, you will play a key role in helping prospective and existing members achieve their health and fitness goals while driving membership growth and retention.

No two days will be the same. You'll be responsible for generating leads, converting memberships, retaining members, and creating an exceptional member experience. In return, you'll receive ongoing support, professional development, and opportunities to grow within one of Australia's largest fitness communities.

As a Membership Consultant , you will also support the Club Manager in the successful day-to-day operation of the club.

20–30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

- Be the fun, engaging, helpful, and genuine point of contact for members and prospective members
- Proactively generate new sales leads through outreach, referrals, community engagement, and social media
- Conduct membership consultations, club tours, and follow-up sales activities
- Achieve individual and club KPI's, sales targets, and retention goals
- Build strong relationships with members to maximise retention and referrals
- Assist in managing the club's social media platforms and community presence
- Ensure the club is clean, presentable, and operating to a high standard




- Support day-to-day club operations and procedures
- Build rapport with members and generate leads for Personal Trainers
- Engage members on the club floor and enhance their overall experience
- Create a positive club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation and community
- Promote the Anytime Fitness brand within the local area through networking and community involvement

About You

This role is perfect for someone who:

- Has previous sales experience, preferably within the fitness industry, membership sales, retail sales, or a similar customer-focused environment
- Has a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPI's
- Loves connecting with people and building genuine relationships
- Is passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident, professional, and well-presented
- Is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by results
- Is highly skilled using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms to generate leads and engagement
- Is confident creating and appearing in social media content
- Can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Works well independently while contributing positively to a team culture
- Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive can-do attitude every day
