We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our firm in Robina, QLD.

Requirements

- High-level written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in a similar admin role (accounting office experience preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills and professional presentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage correspondence and documentation accurately
- Proven ability to work to deadlines with a proactive, self-motivated approach
- Confidence preparing and formatting documents, reports and presentations
- Software experience advantageous: Xero, Xero Practice Manager, FYI, Microsoft Office,



Adobe (basic financial knowledge preferred but not essential)

Responsibilities

- Managing the client database, electronic filing and document control
- Handling ATO & ASIC lodgements and correspondence, including workflow tracking
- Communicating with clients and external agencies via phone and email, delivering excellent service
- Managing incoming calls, greeting clients, and supporting front-of-office administration
- Processing mail and managing physical documents, scanning and filing accurately
- Providing general office administration support and meeting deadlines across competing priorities
