Are you an organised, hands-on problem-solver who takes pride in a well-run warehouse? Jubilee Energy is looking for a Store Person to become the backbone of our workshop, keeping stock, parts, and builds moving so our technicians and customers never miss a beat.

About the role

Working alongside our technicians and salespeople, you'll be at the centre of the action – processing orders, building kits for new machine builds and refurbishment projects, and making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. No two days are the same in a busy Power Generation workshop, and there's plenty of room to build your skills as we grow.

Key responsibilities

- Processing internal and external orders
- Checking and inspecting incoming parts for quantity, quality, and type
- Organising incoming items to prepare build kits for new machine builds and refurbishment projects
- Chasing up suppliers to ensure correct, on-time delivery
- Picking, packing, and shipping spare parts to our customers
- Coordinating generator shipments
- Communicating with customers and transport providers
- Owning stock control and warehouse housekeeping
- Helping prepare for quarterly stock takes
- Supporting production staff and sales teams to keep customer orders on track

About you

- A positive attitude and pride in your work




- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 20kg
- A fast learner who's calm under pressure and meets deadlines
- Computer literacy and strong communication skills
- Honest, reliable, and comfortable working autonomously
- Outstanding time management skills
- Desirable: Current Forklift License
- Ideal: SIMPRO experience
- Desirable: Shopify experience
