ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading piling and ground engineering contractor in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior leadership role overseeing major piling, foundations, geotechnical, and heavy civil infrastructure projects across the QLD region.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of major piling, foundation, and ground engineering projects across Queensland
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful outcomes across safety, programme, quality, and cost
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams
- Drive strong commercial and operational performance across projects
- Maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships
- Contribute positively to business performance, team culture, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)




- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial acumen and operational delivery capability
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing project delivery teams
- Hands‑on project delivery experience within contractor environments
- Strong understanding of construction execution, programme delivery, commercial management, and site operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
