CDC Data Centres in Australia is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator to join our Data Centre Operations team. You will be the central point for incidents, service requests and change activity, ensuring explicit, timely updates to internal teams and customers on a 24/7 rotating roster.

You will triage and log incidents, coordinate communications, support change processes, monitor alerts, and drive continuous improvement.
