Job Description

- Engage SMEs to document current‑state processes across production, supply chain, finance, and operations
- Develop clear SOPs and future‑state process flows aligned to Business Central
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional design
- Support testing phases including UAT, validation, and defect resolution
- Drive change management activities and support end‑user training and adoption
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Business Analyst should have:





- Proven Senior BA with robust hands‑on Dynamics 365 / Business Central experience
- Background in manufacturing or process‑driven environments (understands production workflows)
- Demonstrated ability to write SOPs and map end‑to‑end business processes
- Experience delivering ERP upgrades or implementations in complex businesses
- Confident stakeholder engagement with SMEs and senior leaders (CFO, Ops, IT)
- Able to bridge business needs and system design, driving practical, usable outcomes
